SGSL, in affiliation with several other South Bay programs, has launched Quakes Fastpitch—a competitive, high-level fastpitch organization designed for players at the 14U, 16U, and 18U levels.
Quakes Program
Building on a strong tradition of player development, academic excellence, and competitive achievement, the leadership teams from four established fastpitch programs in Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, West San Jose, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale came together to form Quakes Fastpitch.
This dynamic program was created to optimize athletic performance while promoting a healthy life balance that supports continued success in both school and sports through middle school and high school. Our mission is to develop confident, skilled young women and prepare them for leadership roles by leveraging the discipline, teamwork, and resilience gained through competitive softball.
What is Quakes Fastpitch Today?
Quakes Fastpitch fields A-level teams at 14U, 16U, and 18U and offers advanced opportunities for high-level competition. The program is focused on developing players both on and off the field, with the goal of preparing athletes for the highest levels of play and long-term personal success.
Interested in Playing at the Next Level?
Players who are ready for A-level softball are encouraged to attend Quakes tryouts in November and December.
For players seeking to play on B-level summer teams, registration for SGSL Spring Rec is the first step. These teams are formed later in the season based on participation. Spring registration opens in early November.
